St. Albert Jiu-Jitsu Dojo Tournament Pre-Registration

 To pre-register, click on the pre-registration form tab and fill up all the info.

You may or may not upload a picture, if you wish.  

Make sure to select the date of the tournament.

 It will be used in the "pre-registered competitors page" as well as on the "competitors map" page. When you click on a marker (teardrop graphic), you will find out info on who else is competing and where they are from etc...

Your address will not be shown, but is required to display where you are from on the map. You need at least a city, province and postal code to be displayed as a marker on the google map
